Knetball is an educational, science-fiction animated series for children aged 7-12. Our goal is to raise awareness among children about earthly challenges and political issues. The protagonists of the series embark on exciting adventures in each episode, focusing on fundamental concepts of politics and society. It is especially important to us that these adventures are fun for the children, so they laugh a lot while watching the episodes and are eager to tune in again and again. The series is produced using a combination of 3D animation with claymation style and 2D vector animation, creating a visually appealing and memorable world.
The World of “Knetball”
On the far side of the hollowed-out moon, there is an alien research station where a diverse crew carries out the unpleasant task of learning more about Earth in order to eventually mine its resources. However, this is only allowed if no intelligent life is endangered in the process. Therefore, the question of humanity’s potential drives the story forward. The collected findings are shared not only among the aliens but also with the viewers. Each episode focuses on a topic from politics, economics, and society, presenting it from a wonderfully quirky, extraterrestrial perspective. This leads to productive misunderstandings and amusing insights about Earthlings and their way of life.
